Burton Lake is near Balaji Temple of Chakradharpur division. Many years ago, there were two-three Ponds, but later, under Chakradharpur railway division these ponds are reconstructed and made it beautiful and attractive and lastly it has been named Burton Lake which has become a major boating center. Here people from the city come to enjoy boating with their family.
बर्टन झील (Burton Lake )चक्रधरपुर रेल नगर छेत्र के बालाजी मंदिर के समीप हे । बहुत सालो पहले यहाँ दो-तीन तालबें हुआ करते थे ,लेकिन बाद में चक्रधरपुर रेलवे डिवीज़न के अंतर्गत इन तालाबों का सौन्दर्यकरण कर इसे Burton Lake नाम दिया गया जो आज रेल नगर छेत्र का एक प्रमुख नौका विहार का केंद्र बन गया है। यहाँ शहर के लोग अपने परिवार के साथ नौका विहार का आनंद उठाने आते है ।
